Browns make moves: Tillman returns, team names new play-caller
CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Cleveland Browns announced Monday WR Cedric Tillman is returning after an injury. After he missed multiple games, the Browns have designated Tillman for return to practice. The team also announced they released veteran S Damontae Kazee, who played four games with the team this season.
