Jannik Sinner moved closer to that pace, although with two sets less on his tally. The Italian produced astonishing efficiency from start to finish, dominating his rivals on serve and return ahead of the final before prevailing over Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Aliassime‘s campaign at the Paris Masters ended in disappointment, he was still positive about his performance in the final against Jannik Sinner.
Jannik Sinner returned to World No 1 by winning the Paris Masters on Sunday, but the Italian will hold top spot over Carlos Alcaraz for just one week before returning to World No 2 at the ATP Tour Finals in Turin.
